Most of our data comes from our guests who value our events and share our information with their friends. In addition, we run promotional contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address). We use contact data from our contests to send users information about our special ticket offers, upcoming concerts, and promotional materials from some of our partners.

We will not disclose customer name and email addresses other than:

1. Where the customer requests, consents to disclosure or waives its rights to non-disclosure

2. Where we are legally required to do so (e.g. in response to a subpoena or fraud investigation)

3. Where we have agreed to provide information under negotiated contracts with our partners and where a subscriber has been informed about the possibility of sharing information for marketing or other similar purposes through a prior direct communication.
